Environment, resource and material efficiency Resource efficiency not only reduces material and energy consumption. The responsible use of raw materials also protects the environment and the climate. For industry, this means taking on holistic responsibility. That’s why we look at a variety of topics, starting with the careful use of resources and materials at our production sites and water and wastewater management. Even in the early stages of product development, our focus is on saving materials, using materials that are as low as possible in CO2 and contributing to a circular economy.
