That is why we strive to attract, retain, and develop the best employees. The Festo Group employed a total of 20,545 people worldwide in 2023. This figure includes the entire workforce, including interns, students, and temporary staff. In addition, there are activities carried out by trainees and students that do not fall under these two categories. There were 608 interns and students in 2021.
