Forming:

90per cent of thematerialsmust bedried to
the required level beforeuse. Dependingon thedryer
volumeand typeofmaterial, theamount tobeproduced
isdeterminedveryaccuratelyso that it canbe continuously
collected for processing.

Extrusion:
thedispensermixes thedriedmaterialwith
thepigment inapredefined ratio, orwithacross-linking
agent in the caseof polyethylene. Themixture ismelted
in theextruder at 200-220 °Candhomogenised.
